Wellbeing Week in St. Peter's

From Monday 18th October we will celebrate Wellbeing Week here in St. Peter's.

We will take time out of our busy day to reconnect and  look after our mind and bodies. Each class have been given a list of fun activities throughout the week to complete together and the whole school will enjoy completing a wellbeing homework with their family.

The theme for each day is listed below, 

Mindful Monday- a focus on how we use breathing exercises to regulate our emotions. 

Thankful Tuesday- focusing on the idea of being thankful for what we have in our lives. 

Wellness Wednesday - focusing on how we can keep ourselves healthy. 

Thoughtful Thursday - focusing on being kind to ourselves and others. 

Feel Good Friday - focusing on the power of positive thinking and being happy. 

After a really busy first half term we think you'll agree that the children most definitely deserve it.

A big thank you to Miss Rea for organising this special event, we know everyone will thoroughly enjoy it.
