Stretch Challenge 🧘‍♀️

P1-3 complete twice a week.

P4-7 complete 3 times a week.

Take long deep breaths, it's not a race this week. 2 rounds of each set 😁

Complete a 3.5km walk with your family. Take as many walks as you like to reach your target. If you want to challenge yourself try a light jog.
