First Holy Communion

Dear parents and carers,

Please see below details regarding First Holy Communion.

The children will be seated together in the front rows. 

Two adults are permitted for each child (unless twins, triplets etc). 

Specific seats will be designated for each adult. 

No other children can be permitted to attend. 

It is expected that all adults will wear a mask unless there is a medical reason for not doing so. 

Because of the need to sanitise before the next Mass everyone is asked to leave immediately. 

Photographs may be taken outside but not in the Cathedral, again because of the need to clean the seats. 

Children will receive Holy Communion on the hand. A veil can be worn but no gloves can be worn. Children should have nothing in their hands.
