St Peter’s was recognised for its Promotion of Hurling Within Our School Community, receiving a Certificate of Participation from Active Belfast as part of the Take 5 Steps to Wellbeing – “Your voice, your choice” programme.

This award reflects the hard work, enthusiasm, and team spirit shown by our pupils and staff in building a positive, active hurling culture within the school. It’s fantastic to see the sport celebrated not only for its skill and competition, but also for the wellbeing, confidence, and community it helps create.

A huge well done to everyone involved — players, coaches, and supporters. St Peter’s continues to lead the way both on and off the pitch! 💙💛
