Healthy Eating

Here in St.Peter's we promote a healthy eating policy. We ask you, the parents, to ensure your child comes to school with something healthy to eat and drink.

—Children can bring drinking water to school.

From P1-P3 fruit is available at £ 4.00 per month.

—From P1-P7 milk is available at £ 4.00 per month


Breakfast Club


The Breakfast club runs daily from 8am and offers a selection of cereals, toast, milk or water. The cost per day is £1.20, which includes breakfast and supervision of children until school begins.



If you think your child is entitled to free school dinners please obtain a form from the secretary. It is important to complete the form and return it to the address on the back as soon as possible.

Dinners cost £2.55 daily which should be paid in advance. —Children can bring a packed lunch if not going to dinners.
